How a new or growing alliance can work with NAP 9 for protection, land stability, and predictable diplomacy.

What NAP 9 Does for You​

  • Protects your members from random hits if you are inside NAP (Full or Associate).
  • Standardizes evidence, penalties, and appeals so disputes don’t become chaos.
  • Keeps Level 6 land rotation stable and predictable.

Your Options​

Associate Member (recommended starting point)

  • Join the protection system without voting.
  • Protection for L1–L5; cannot hold L6.
  • Access to evidence submission and announcements.

Non-Member (independent)

  • No protection, no case rights.
  • Must drop any L6 immediately; L1–L5 are unprotected.

How to Join as an Associate (First-Come, First-Serve, Max 7)​

  1. R5 posts a petition in NAP Discord → #associate-applications with alliance name/tag, R5 + Discord ID, and acceptance of NAP rules.
  2. Clerk verifies you are not blacklisted, not harboring blacklisted players, and a slot is open.
  3. If space is open, admission is automatic. If full, you enter the timestamped waiting queue.

Opting out later: declare publicly → lose protections immediately + 7-day cooldown before reapplying.

How to Reach Full Membership​

  • Climb into the Top 9 alliances by weekly power ranking and opt in.
  • You get one Voting Representative + one Alternate, full NAP protection (L1–L6), and rotation eligibility.
  • Expectation: vote reliably, honor land rules, enforce penalties.

Your Obligations Inside NAP​

  • Follow Server Time deadlines.
  • Submit evidence only in #evidence; wait for Clerk Case ID before action.
  • Comply with penalties and bans; do not shelter evaders or blacklisted players.
  • For Associates: never hold L6; drop immediately if asked.
  • For all: do not tag-drop to attack—second time is automatic permanent blacklist.
