  • 16h β€” Diplomacy rulings, moderate penalties
  • 8h β€” Emergencies, L6 seizures, active attacks

Notes​

  • Abstain counts toward quorum
  • Absence does not
  • If all 9 votes come in early β†’ vote closes immediately

🧾 Evidence Rules

Submit To:​

NAP Discord β†’ #evidence

Must Include:​

  • Screenshot/video
  • Timestamp (Server Time preferred)
  • Offender + affected players
  • ≀3 sentence summary
  • Diplomacy logs if required

Invalid Evidence:​

  • Edited or cropped
  • Hearsay
  • Discord DMs
  • AI images
  • Missing timestamps (unless corroborated)

Correction Window:​

  • Clerk may request fixes
  • Submitter has 6 hours

Council cannot act until Step 3 is completed.

🟨 Minor​

  • Accidental, low-impact
  • Examples: accidental tile hit, minor chat issues

Penalties:

  • Warning
  • Restitution
  • 24–48h Probation

Escalation:

  • 2nd Minor in 14 days β†’ Moderate

🟧 Moderate​

  • Repeated or harmful actions
  • Examples: repeated plundering, diplomacy refusal

Penalties:

  • Restitution
  • 48–72h Combat Restriction
  • Rotation suspension
  • 14-day Watchlist

Escalation:

  • 2nd Moderate in 30 days β†’ Severe

  • High-impact, malicious, or destabilizing
  • Examples: L6 theft, cross-server collusion, evidence tampering

Penalties (Simple Majority):

  • 72h ban
  • 7-day ban
  • Restitution

  • Alliance sanctions
  • Rotation removal
  • NAP expulsion

Instance 1​

  • 48h ban, untagged
  • No alliance may shelter them

Instance 2​

Automatic permanent blacklist
Reversible only by Supermajority.


πŸ›‘οΈ Harboring Rule

If an alliance shelters:

  • a banned player
  • a blacklisted player
  • a penalty evader

They lose all NAP protection immediately
(and rotation rights until compliance confirmed).

Definition & Grace Window

  • Harboring applies once leadership is officially notified (Clerk post in #case-log or direct Clerk ping).
  • Alliance has up to 4 hours from notice to remove the player; self-report and immediate kick is expected.

L6 Rotation​

  • Rotates weekly among Top 3
  • Sunday @ 12:00 ST
  • Temporary drops must be honored
  • Must be picked up within 4 hours

Associate Members​

  • May NOT hold L6
  • Must release if becoming Associate

Non-Members​

  • Must release L6 immediately
  • L1–L5 can be taken freely
