Tag-Drop Blacklist System

Dropping tags to attack is the only automatic blacklist rule in NAP 9. It bypasses deliberation because it hides identity and destabilizes diplomacy.

Instance One

  • 48-hour ban from all alliances; offender must stay untagged.
  • No alliance may shelter them during the ban.

Instance Two

  • Automatic permanent blacklist.
  • Overturn requires Supermajority (7 YES).

Harboring Rule (applies to all bans/blacklists)

If an alliance shelters a banned/blacklisted player or penalty evader:

  • Immediate loss of all NAP protection.
  • Rotation and voting rights suspended until compliance is confirmed.
  • May trigger alliance-level sanctions or expulsion.

Definition & Grace Window

  • Harboring applies once leadership is officially notified (Clerk post in #case-log or direct Clerk ping).
  • Alliances have up to 4 hours from notice to remove the player; self-report and act immediately if discovered.

Protection is restored only after the player leaves and the Council confirms compliance.
